Léone is a unique specimen designed by the French naval architect François Tos and built by the Euro-voiles shipyard in Hyères in 1980. Léone was the last traditional boat made at this shipyard.

It is a pleasure sailboat designed on the model of a Breton cutter with a wooden "Gaff" rig.
Léone underwent a major restoration in 2016 - 2017. For the occasion, the boat was emptied to be refurbished inside: 4 berths, a small kitchen with a fridge, a gas stove, and a toilet.
Léone underwent major general maintenance this year for a relaunch in August 2025.
All technical elements have been replaced (plumbing and electricity).
The rigging has been replaced with new except for the mast, the bowsprit, the peak, and the boom. The standing rigging has been replaced, all the lines have been replaced.
The engine had already been replaced a few years before the work (the last intervention by the previous owner). It was removed from the boat and refurbished. It is now in perfect working condition (needs cleaning and has some signs of corrosion).
The deck hardware has been refurbished or replaced with new, often "custom-made".
The mainsail is in very good condition and dates from 2017.
The roller genoa was installed on the bowsprit in 2018.
The staysail is original but has seen very little use.
The spinnaker pole is refurbished except for the sail which is original.
An electric windlass with a "stationary" anchor was installed in 2017.
The removable external autopilot (Raymarine) attaches to the tiller. It is new in its original box (never used). The removable external mapping system (Humminbird) - Atlantic mapping - is new in its original box (never used).
The 100 L water tank is new.
The "drawer type" fridge is new.
The gas stove is new.
The hi-fi system is new.
The batteries are new: one battery for the engine and two large batteries for electricity on board.
Port charging system 220 volts.
A 3Dtender dinghy is on board and in perfect condition.
The boat has all the necessary safety equipment and 3 self-inflating life jackets.
The boat has a lifeline.
The boat has two stainless steel rod holders.
