A very clean and well maintained boat that is very easy to sail and comfortable to stay on. She is wood free outside and spotless inside with new cushions. The stove and fridge have not been used by this owner and the upgraded head is clean.
She has 2 new sails with approx. 10 hours on them.
The 27HP Perkins runs well with an estimated 1130 hours and was just serviced by the Perkins Dealer. The maintenance list is available in detail on request.
She has had the bottom done and new zincs last Sept. Standing rigging was redone and inspected In August 2021 and Dec 2024. All winches stripped and serviced.
