This new Bavaria Cruiser 37 is not just a scaled up version of the earlier 36. This Bruce Farr Yacht Design and Design Unlimited of the UK have completely revamped the cockpit and interior layout. Twin wheels provide a clear walkway aft to the huge swim platform, a signature feature of these designs, particularly suited for Caribbean cruising. Performance is enhanced by the power of a fully battened mainsail, and tacking is made easy with the 106% overlap genoa.
Below decks there are two double cabins and a large head with shower to port, and an efficient L shaped galley opposite to starboard. 6‘ 3” Headroom, copious opening hatches, with plenty of room for two couples to move about with ease.
Space more akin to that of a 40-foot yacht and a sporty but safe sailing performance that you would expect from a modern racing yacht – this description is merely part of the CRUISER 37's features. The whole truth is that she is an extremely fast cruising yacht with exceptionally large space below deck.
