The NL45+ yacht was realized in collaboration with Fulvio de Simoni, a seasoned designer renowned for his contributions to various yacht projects. The objective was clear: to fashion a 45-meter vessel that prioritizes comfort and seamless navigation. The outcome is a yacht distinguished by its sturdy build, offering ample space for extensive sea voyages, allowing enthusiasts to truly savor the wonders of the ocean. The design of this vessel bears the unmistakable imprint of Fulvio de Simoni. A tri-deck yacht with RPH, it strikes a balance between elegance and dynamism, seamlessly blending elements of both masculinity and femininity. The vessel features extensive glazing and, to maintain its sleek lines, it invites a sense of being enveloped by the sea, with the open stern reaching gracefully towards the bow. The forward upper deck area is an elegant touch, featuring an outdoor lounge and a pool with integrated sunpads, and which discreetly conceals the garage and mooring area—an attribute usually reserved for vessels over 60 meters. The superstructures extend towards the aft on the upper deck, creating a captivating cockpit and an aft sunbathing area, providing an unobstructed panorama of the sea. The vessel boasts a transformer platform that facilitates easy transit between the dock and the sea, doubling as a convenient swim ladder. In the beach club area, dedicated to relaxation, guests can unwind on comfortable sunpads with storage compartments below, flanking an infinity pool. This area also provides direct access to a fully-equipped gym. On the main deck cockpit, guests are greeted by a spacious C-shape lounge and a well-appointed bar, catering to this area as well as the beach club. Ascending to the upper deck, a generously proportioned lounge area beckons for relaxation, complemented by an intimate alfresco dining space featuring a 55’’ TV. Moving forward, additional relaxation spots and structural sunpads at the bow further enhance the sense of direct connection with the surrounding sea. The sundeck is meticulously designed, featuring panoramic front sunpads at the aft, followed by a more sociable lounge area served by a BBQ set. Progressing forward, an American bar is accompanied by a convenient food-lift service. This area exudes a vibrant atmosphere, providing an ideal setting for enjoyable gatherings and celebrations. With a focus on seamless accessibility and a harmonious blend of relaxation and social spaces, the vessel offers a comprehensive and welcoming environment for guests to savor the sea and fully immerse themselves in the onboard experience. In direct connection with the outdoor beach club is an area that can be configured as a gym or as a wellness area with massage room, sauna and steam shower. Here, there is also a day head that can be used by guests. In terms of layout, passing the engine room and the storage area, there are the three guest cabins. The forward area is dedicated to the crew mess, laundry, and the four crew cabins, which can accommodate up to eight crew members, and the captain's cabin. Going up to the main deck is a large salon that enjoys expansive windows on three sides. The dining table features a 75’’ TV and is connected to a crew corridor that provides access to the galley. Toward the bow, passing through the lobby, are a day head and the Owner’s cabin. The latter has a walk-in closet at its entrance, a small lounge area on one side, and a vanity desk on the other. The Owner’s suite also features a 55’’ TV. The bathroom is separate for him and her, with a shower communicating between the two parts, creating a very bright room thanks to the large windows. The bow of the main deck is dedicated to the garage, which can house a Castoldi 19’, two jet-skis, a 3.40-meter rescue boat, and to the mooring area. Notably, this area is covered, ensuring it remains inconspicuous from the outside. The upper deck has been designed to be more informal. Here you can find all the necessities, namely a large lounge area, a table for dining or activities and a cocktail bar, featuring a 75’’ TV. This area is connected to a pantry with a food lift and a food preparation area. Forward, there is space for a VIP cabin, surrounded on three sides by a panoramic bow view; this cabin can also have a private outdoor space. A layout feature is that crew and guest paths are always differentiated from each other to ensure as much privacy as possible. Right above is the raised pilot house (RPH); this solution helps optimize spaces since the wheelhouse doesn’t need to be arranged into the deck's layout but it has its own.
