The boat has been meticulously maintained, update log book with receipts of all repairs and upgrades on the boat.

Both engines were replaced in 2019 with 5.7 L  GM Vortec crate engines. Including new carburetors, electronic ignition, spark plug wires, rotor cap. Both starters were replaced, and the alternators were upgraded from 65 amp to 105 amp. Engines now have 410hrs on them.

New wet exhaust system was installed in 2019 and replaced with a dry joint exhaust system 2022.

Port side transom assembly replaced 2023.

There are 4 AGM batteries with Blue Sea Charging regulators.

Westerbeke 4.5 K generator, it has 250hrs.

Electronics include, Raymarine a98 MFD, Garmin 5.7 plotter - lower helm. The flybridge has  a78 MFD, connected to the a98 MFD. Raymarine depth sounder, viewable on both MFD’s, and a digital sounder on flybridge. Raymarine Quantum Radar, viewable on both MFD’s.

Raymarine autopilot, which can be controlled with the MFD’s and separate autopilot control unit. There is a base VHF radio at both steering stations and a handheld floatable VHF radio.

Boat has a 2200 watt inverter, 200 watt solar panels.

The electric/alcohol stove was replaced with a propane stove, installed to ABYC specifications.

Other modifications include 2 high intensity LED flood/spot lights, digital volt gauges for each battery visible from inside the cabin. The engine room is equipped with 2 high bilge alarms, fume detector and heat detector alarms, and a manual bilge pump.

There is a shore power plug connected to the generator on the port side with a 25 amp breaker to allow power sharing with another rafted vessel at anchor or mooring. 

Ruder gage - lower helm and flybridge, Vinyl flooring, convection oven. The coach on the port side was modified, raised up 6 inches and straightened, with storage under the seat.

There are 2 TV’s, one marine smart TV over the kitchen and a marine TV with a built-in DVD player in the bedroom. AM/FM bluetooth radio with 2 speakers on each level of the boat.

The fly bridge upholstery was refinished in 2023.  

The 8’ Plastimo dinghy and 2.5 hp Suzuki outboard motor are included with the sale of the boat.

Also available a bunk style cradle and 4 jack stands, and many spare parts.

Forward berth, mid berth turned into storage, separated shower in washroom.

Equipped with a small convection oven. Lots of storage.

Rear mounting system for dinghy. Double hinge system to lower radar arch for road transport.
