The Catalina 34 is a recreational sailboat designed by Frank V. Butler, first built in 1985, with a length overall of 34.50 feet and a displacement of 11,950 pounds. It features a masthead sloop rig, a Shoal draft keel, and is constructed primarily of fiberglass, making it suitable for coastal cruising and island-hopping.
Aurora has had many updates in recent years and has spent most of her recent years in the Bahamas. She is well-equipped, and with some basic maintenance, she is ready to sail.

There was some internal engine maintenance done during the COVID years; the paperwork is on the boat.
*The boat has working Air conditioning. However, the raw water was disconnected from the water intake to install a foot pump. Needs a Y-connection to the saltwater intake; it should work fine again. It's a Webasto and still turns on and starts to cool, but it needs the water to continue.
*It might be worth noting that the side window gaskets need to be replaced. Obviously, not a big deal, but they are leaking because the gaskets are too old and shrivel up.
*Also the RPM gauge isn't calibrated
